Care For You will work with you to improve your Daily Living and Life Skills. We understand your goals and work with you and your family or caregivers to put support in place to help you develop everyday skills. We can provide training and development of life skills such as personal hygiene, toileting, personal care, preparing a healthy meal, maintaining cleanliness in the home, washing clothes, communicating with service providers and support networks, transportation, and travel, accessing public transportation, and many more based on your needs.

Whether you prefer to go on adventures with a group of like-minded people or prefer to work one on one with our highly qualified staff, Care for You guarantees that whatever your interests and hobbies are, we will develop a plan tailored to your needs. We provide a variety of activities to engage our participants and increase their inclusion in the larger community. Our services are available seven days a week, giving you the flexibility, you deserve.
We offer a variety of activities and programmes to help participants live a full and happy life. Programs for social inclusion and interaction are specifically designed to meet an individual’s needs and assist them in finding their “special place” in life, where they feel valued and comfortable in their surroundings.
To promote socialisation, Care for You offers Center-based Activities and Groups. Support workers facilitate these center-based activities, which include self-directed skill-building activities. We encourage participants to engage in independent activities as well as participate in workshops/group activities.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support that allows you to live with other people who have disabilities or on your own. You will also be assisted with daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a shared living experience for people with disabilities whose NDIS plan includes SIL funding. Support is frequently available 24/7, nurturing personal growth in a safe and supportive environment to increase your independence at home and connect you with your local community. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is assessed and funded separately to SIL.
